University of Arizona Freshman RHP, and incoming Logger hurler, Kurt Heyer is a secret no more.
Look no further than the latest “Weekend Preview” at www.baseballamerica.com and you’ll see a picture of him on their front page and a nice write-up on Heyer, and his fellow freshmen teammates.
Arizona is in the midst of a 13-game winning streak, has crept into a number of national polls, and is suprising a lot of folks around the country. A big reason for that is Heyer. At the time of this post, the big right-hander is 3-0 with a 2.10 ERA and has totalled 43 strikeouts in 34 innings.
